Here's a couple of things I'm trying to generally do in my work
I am front end focused
While I am very competent server side programming, I enjoy working on the interface people use to interact with my software more.
I want to make cool things
Making something that people are excited to used is very important to me. If users are apathetic, I haven't done my job properly.
I want to always be learning
I never want to be stuck in a rut or somehow become the ultimate expert on anything. I'll be very happy if I can switch to something else about once every six months.
I want to work with great people
Working with the right people and making good connections is very important. I believe that there is something that I can learn from everyone.
I appreciate UX
It's a very common mistake for developers to not take their users into account. I am always trying to get better about this.
